Grab your sneakers and join us for the annual ICMA 5K Run and Walk, set against the stunning backdrop of downtown Tampa’s Bayshore Boulevard! Experience the beauty of Hillsborough Bay as you run or walk along the scenic route, with incredible views of the Tampa skyline. The event will begin and end at the corner of Platt Street and Bayshore Boulevard, just a short walk from the Tampa Convention Center. Sign up to take part in this long-standing ICMA tradition.

Join us at the Tampa River Center in Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park for an exciting, hands-on learn-to-row experience, hosted by the Tampa River Center Staff! Led by expert coaches, you’ll learn the fundamentals of rowing, master the basic rowing stroke, and have the chance to compete in a fun, friendly race on the water. At the end of the session, medals will be awarded based on race results and successful completion of the activity. Convenient transportation will be provided to and from the Tampa Conference Center. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to get active and try something new!
