General Questions

ICMA has registered with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) to provide Certification Maintenance (CM) credits. AICP members can earn CM credits for approved programs at the ICMA Annual Conference. Visit www.planning.org/cm to claim credits. A note within the description of approved sessions indicates the number of AICP-CM credits that can be earned by attending these sessions. You may also find sessions available for credit within the sort by track function on the app and conference website.

All conference attendees (members, nonmembers, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, partners, children, guests, and media) must register and wear official ICMA registration badges for admission to all sessions, the Exhibit Hall, and social events.
There are no refunds for cancellations received after Wednesday, September 4, 2024. Substitutions may be made for the in-person event in Pittsburgh, but the On-Demand Conference does not allow for substitutions. There is no processing fee for a substitution for the in-person conference, and you will either be charged or refunded the difference between the two registration fees. Substitutions must be received in writing (conferenceteam@icma.org) by Wednesday, September 4, 2024.
