The ICMA Annual Conference Exhibit Hall is the focal point for attendees, and the place that they come to in search of new products and services for local government professionals. The Exhibit Hall also features exclusive exhibit hall only hours, the Sunday evening Grand Opening Reception, Monday and Tuesday lunch breaks, Monday and Tuesday PM beverage breaks, interactive attendee activations, Product Theater sessions, the ICMA Pavilion and more!

Passport to Prizes – Exhibitor Engagement Tool
Passport to Prizes is a booth traffic building activity that attracts and keeps attendees on the exhibit floor. Each attendee will receive a passport with their registration credentials. Attendees must stop by each participating exhibitor to receive a stamp on their Passport.
Attendees must complete the entire Passport in order to be eligible for the Prize Drawings that will be held in the afternoon on Monday, October 27 and Tuesday, October 28. Prizes include: gift cards, ICMA Swag and ICMA Annual Conference Registrations.
The Passport Sponsorship Fee is $2,100 and is available to a total of 18 companies. Participating companies will be accepted on a first-received, first-considered basis.
Participating companies will be recognized on the actual passport, through on-site signage and in the Program Guide.
