Team/Group Registration Rates

Team/Group registrations are available for five (5) or more attendees.  Each participant will receive 15% off their applicable registration rate. Registrations can be processed simultaneously online by one individual from your organization but the minimum of 5 registrations needs to be done at the same time.  Individuals may continue to be added to a team but only after the initial 5 team members are registered.  The Team/Group registration process will allow you to locate members of your organization in our database, or you can create new records if you are not able to locate your colleagues in the system.

Once the team registrations are completed and paid for, each member of the team will receive a confirmation email. The confirmation email will contain a link to each person’s registration profile, where they can complete their profile, reserve their hotel room, purchase event tickets, or register a guest. If you would like to check on the ICMA membership status of any individual, please feel free to contact membership@icma.org.

Exhibitors will receive an email from ICMA’s official Registration and Housing provider, Maritz, containing a link to registration.  The main company contact for exhibiting companies will receive the email which will allow them to register all booth and company personnel.  An incomplete registration confirmation will be sent to company personnel who can then complete their registration, secure a hotel room, add a guest, as well as purchase tickets.

Cancellations for the in-person conference in Columbus must be received in writing (conferenceteam@icma.org) by Wednesday, August 17, 2022. Cancellations will not be accepted after this time.  All in-person cancellations will have a $75 processing fee deducted from their refund, if applicable.

Due to the nature of the Digital Conference, cancellations will not be accepted.

Substitutions may be made for both the in-person event in Columbus as well as the Digital Conference.  There is no processing fee for a substitution, and you will either be charged or refunded the difference between the two registration fees.  Substitutions must be received in writing (conferenceteam@icma.org) by Wednesday, August 17, 2022.
