Exhibitors will receive an email from ICMA’s official Registration and Housing provider, Maritz, containing a link to registration.  The main company contact for exhibiting companies will receive the email which will allow them to register all booth and company personnel.  An incomplete registration confirmation will be sent to company personnel who can then complete their registration, secure a hotel room, add a guest, as well as purchase tickets.

Cancellations must be received in writing (conferenceteam@icma.org) by Wednesday, September 23, 2026. There are no refunds for cancellations received after Wednesday, September 23, 2026. All cancellations will have a $150 processing fee deducted from their refund, if applicable.

Substitutions may be made. There is no processing fee for a substitution, and you will either be charged or refunded the difference between the two registration fees. Substitutions must be received in writing (conferenceteam@icma.org) by Wednesday, September 23, 2026.
