Other Information About Registration

Exhibitors will receive an email from ICMA’s official Registration and Housing provider, Maritz, containing a link to registration. The main company contact for exhibiting companies will receive the email which will allow them to register all booth and company personnel. An incomplete registration confirmation will be sent to company personnel who can then complete their registration, secure a hotel room, add a guest, as well as purchase tickets.

Cancellations for the in-person conference in Austin must be received in writing (conferenceteam@icma.org) by Wednesday, September 6, 2023. There are no refunds for cancellations received after Wednesday, September 6, 2023. All in-person cancellations will have a $75 processing fee deducted from their refund, if applicable.
Due to the nature of the On-Demand Conference, cancellations will not be accepted.
Substitutions may be made for the in-person event in Austin, but the On-Demand Conference does not allow for substitutions. There is no processing fee for a substitution for the in-person conference, and you will either be charged or refunded the difference between the two registration fees. Substitutions must be received in writing (conferenceteam@icma.org) by Wednesday, September 6, 2023.
