Full Conference Digital Only Registration includes live streaming of all keynote sessions, selected education sessions, On-Demand sessions, virtual networking opportunities and digital only content.  

Team Registration Rates

Team registrations are available for five (5) or more attendees.  Each participant will receive 15% off their applicable registration rate. Registrations can be processed simultaneously online by one individual from your organization. The Team registration process will allow you to locate members of your organization in our database, or you can create new records if you are not able to locate your colleagues in the system.

Once the team registrations are completed and paid for, each member of the team will receive a confirmation email. The confirmation email will contain a link to each person’s registration profile, where they can reserve their hotel room, purchase event tickets, or register a guest. If you would like to check on the ICMA membership status of any individual, please feel free to contact membership@icma.org.

Cancellations

Cancellations for the in-person event must be received in writing by Tuesday, August 31, 2021.  Cancellations will not be accepted after this time. All in-person event cancellations will have a $75 processing fee deducted from their refund. You can alternatively choose to substitute your in-person registration for a digital registration or substitute your in-person registration for someone else in your organization. There is no processing fee for a substitution, and you will either be charged or refunded the difference between the two registration fees.

Cancellations for the digital event will not be accepted. Substitutions for cancelled registrations will be accepted and must be requested in writing (conferenceteam@icma.org) by Friday, September 10, 2021.
