Order Information:

Attendee lists are available for purchase for Exhibiting Companies of the 2023 ICMA Annual Conference.  The following options are available:

  • Pre-Show Attendee List                            $750
  • Post-Show Attendee List                          $750
  • Pre- and Post-Show Attendee List      $1500

Attendee lists contain name, title, organization, address and email.  Lists do not contain telephone numbers.  Orders are available online for one representative of each exhibiting/sponsoring company.  To place an order click here.

TERMS:

The 2023 ICMA Pre- and Post-Show Attendee List are the proprietary property of the International City/County Management Association.  These lists are being made available for a one-time use only for the specific purpose of promoting the purchaser’s exhibit booth at the specified show and/or as a follow-up after the show. Exhibitor agrees not to duplicate, publish, permit the list to be published, merge it into exhibitor’s company database(s), or use it for any other purpose not expressly provided for in the agreement.

The Pre-Show Attendee List will be sent two weeks prior to event date and the Post-Show Attendee List will be sent one week after event date.  The list(s) will only include registered attendees who opted-in to receive third party communications.  It is mandatory that ICMA’s Conference Team (conferenceteam@icma.org) is included in all communications. Sponsors, exhibitors, staff, partners/guests, and vendors will not be included in the list.

Passport to Prizes

Passport to Prizes is a booth traffic building activity that attracts and keeps attendees on the exhibit floor. Each attendee will receive a passport with their registration credentials. Attendees must stop by each participating exhibitor to receive a stamp on their Passport.

Attendees must complete the entire Passport in order to be eligible for the Prize Drawings that will be held in the afternoon on Monday, October 2 and Tuesday, October 3.

The Passport Sponsorship fee is $1,800 with 14 spots available. Participating companies will be accepted on a first-received, first-considered basis.

Participating companies will be recognized on the actual passport, through on-site signage, and in the Program Guide.
