The 2024 ICMA Annual Conference is an opportunity to showcase products and services to 5,500 attendees
from the U.S. and around the world.

The ICMA Annual Conference Exhibit Hall is the focal point for attendees, and the place that they come to in search of new products and services for local government professionals. The Exhibit Hall also features exclusive exhibit hall only hours, the Sunday evening Grand Opening Reception, Monday and Tuesday lunch breaks, Monday and Tuesday PM beverage breaks, interactive attendee activations, Product Theater sessions, the ICMA Pavilion and more!

Passport to Prizes – Exhibitor Engagement Tool

Passport to Prizes is a booth traffic building activity that attracts and keeps attendees on the exhibit floor. Each attendee will receive a passport with their registration credentials. Attendees must stop by each participating exhibitor to receive a stamp on their Passport.

Attendees must complete the entire Passport in order to be eligible for the Prize Drawings that will be held in the afternoon on Monday, September 23 and Tuesday, September 24. Prizes include: gift cards, ICMA Swag and ICMA Annual Conference Registrations.

The Passport Sponsorship Fee is $2,000 and is available to a total of 15 companies. Participating companies will be accepted on a first-received, first-considered basis.

Participating companies will be recognized on the actual passport, through on-site signage and in the Program Guide.

Attendee Lists

New! Maritz, ICMA’s official registration and housing provider, will now handle the ICMA Attendee Mailing List sales. Email campaigns will be sent out by Maritz, on your company’s behalf, and they will guide you through the development and implementation of your campaign. This change helps ICMA ensure that it is being GDPR compliant.
