As we are witnessing first-hand how in-person events are changing and the accelerated need for virtual opportunities has risen, ICMA is exploring the opportunity to create a robust virtual education program by recording all of the education sessions at the 2020 ICMA Annual Conference to support the in-person experience. In addition, should we not be able to hold the 2020 ICMA Annual Conference in Toronto due to the current issues we are facing with Covid-19, the ICMA conference team is working on a contingency plan to offer a 100% virtual conference to attendees, where all education session speakers will be asked to present their session virtually. Please note that by submitting your presentation, you are committing to speak at the 2020 ICMA Annual Conference, whether it be in Toronto or conducted virtually.
These 60-minute sessions at the 2020 ICMA Annual Conference are only for exhibitors, sponsors, and ICMA strategic partners. The exhibit hall hosts the popular Solutions Track sessions, which present practical and new informational case studies of local governments that have overcome challenges through innovative public-private partnerships.
ICMA exhibitors, sponsors, and strategic partners are invited to submit their application to present a Solutions Track through our Call for Presentations by Friday, May 1 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
If selected, a $7,500 fee will be charged. Discounts apply for ICMA Strategic Partners.
