Important Information About Registration and Housing for the ICMA Annual Conference- Non-Members

Registration and Housing will open on Wednesday, June 10 at 12 Noon EST. As a reminder, all speakers are required to register for the conference. ICMA is offering non-ICMA Member speakers a discounted registration rate.

Below are the following registration options to choose from:

Option #1: Full Conference Registration

Grants access to all General Sessions, Education Sessions, Roundtable Conversations, and Exhibit Hall activities for the duration of the conference.
Discounted Registration Fee: $975
Use code SPEAKER3 when you register to receive the discounted rate. Enter this code when you begin your registration.

Option #2: Full Conference Registration + ICMA Membership

To receive an even better discount, consider joining ICMA. If you have never been a member before and join ICMA between June 10 – October 21 you will receive half off your first year of ICMA Membership (a savings of up to $600) and will also receive the ICMA member rate on your 2026 ICMA Annual Conference Registration.

registering by September 26). To take advantage of this opportunity, please follow these steps:

2: Enter code CONF26 to receive 50% off your membership.
3: After you complete the online join process you will be sent a receipt that contains a link to the
conference registration site.
#4: Register (at the reduced member rate!) and secure a hotel room.

Option #3: One Day Registration on the Day of Your Presentation

If you are planning to be in Long Beach only on the day you are presenting, ICMA will provide you with a complimentary One-Day Registration. This option grants you access to the General Session, Education Sessions, and Exhibit Hall, if applicable, for the day you are presenting. To utilize this option, please enter the Special Promo Code SPEAKER during registration.

Booking Your Hotel Room

You MUST register for the conference before you reserve your hotel room. You will be directed to the reservation system after you complete your registration.
ICMA has reserved discounted rooms for our conference attendees. Many are located within blocks of the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center. For those hotels that are not within walking distance, ICMA will provide shuttle buses or uber vouchers to and from the hotel and the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center.
