Important Information About Registration and Housing for the ICMA Annual Conference-ICMA Members

Registration and Housing will open on Wednesday, June 10 at 12 Noon EST. As a reminder, all speakers are required to register for the conference.
If you are planning to be in Long Beach only on the day you are presenting, ICMA will provide you with a complimentary One-Day Registration. This option grants you access to the General Session, Education Sessions, and Exhibit Hall, if applicable, for the day you are presenting. To utilize this option, please enter the Special Promo Code SPEAKER during registration.

Booking Your Hotel Room

You MUST register for the conference before you reserve your hotel room. You will be directed to the reservation system after you complete your registration.

ICMA has reserved discounted rooms for our conference attendees. Many are located within blocks of the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center. For those hotels that are not within walking distance, ICMA will provide shuttle buses or uber vouchers to and from the hotel and the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center.
