Customize Your ICMA 2025 Schedule

Already registered for the ICMA Annual Conference in Tampa? That’s great! We know that sometimes your plans evolve, or you discover new, exciting opportunities you want to add to your conference experience.

This page provides simple steps to add special events, workshops, tours, or other ticketed activities to your existing ICMA 2025 registration. It’s quick and easy to tailor your schedule to get the most out of your time in Tampa.

How to Purchase Additional Events

Mobile Workshops may be added with an additional fee of $35 fee.

Sporting Events that require an additional fee, between $30-$35, depending on the activity.

Attendee Experiences: Opening Party at Sparkman’s Wharf and the Closing Party at The Florida Aquarium | Fee for each experience: Ticket Price: $65; $75 (after Sept. 17)

If you have already registered for the conference, then use the following instructions.

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Click Add Sessions & Events under Registration
  3. Add an item to your cart
  4. Submit payment information

Split payments using multiple credit cards

How to Split Payments

  1. Register yourself for the Annual Conference only
  2. Once you receive an email confirmation, you will be provided with a link to access your registration record
  3. Add additional items and utilize a separate credit card to pay for them

Please follow the instructions if you wish to pay using a separate credit card for:

  • A partner registration
  • A guest registration
  • Any extra ticketed event
